Warranty Information

Precision Greens Inc. warranty is as follows, and extends only to the original purchaser, beginning on the day of project completion. All artificial grass products will be subject to a limited 15 year manufacturer warranty, provided upon request. In the event that a manufacturer warranty claim occurs, Precision Greens will install the replaced material at no additional cost.

Precision Greens provides a 3 year warranty on all installation services and workmanship, including:

  • Base Construction: the base will remain free from sinkholes, shifting, or heaving experienced during freezing/thawing cycles

  • Seam Integrity: all seams will remain stable and intact throughout the warranty period

  • Fiber Infill: infill will not shift, degrade, or wash out

  • Edge Security: edges of your artificial grass will not lift, peel, or otherwise be displaced, excluding acts of vandalism

This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than Precision Greens.

All claims must be presented in writing, as soon as any issue with the artificial grass becomes evident
